$5 per plate. Instant mash $0.80, mixed veggies $1.29, Lingon Berry jam $4.90 (last me roughly a month, using on toast and waffles), Ground Beef and Pork $6 can make about 5 servings of meatballs (roughly 45 meatballs), 1 onion $0.60

2 slices of white bread 1 onion 5 oz ground beef 5 oz ground pork 1 egg 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp mixed spices (your pick) 1/4 tsp black pepper 3/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil

Grate the onion and soak bread in onion juices, mix all the ingredients in a bowl with onion and bread, boom make meatballs!

Brown meatballs on a skillet all over for roughly 3 minutes

I used heinz turkey gravy and poured on browned metaballs, from here cook at low heat for roughly 10 minutes ( use a thermometer to ensure cooking is complete )

I paired this with instant mash, lingon berry jam, and mixed veggies

    Simple and quick!
