Easy Sea bass middle-eastern style:
Ingredients:
Seabass:
1 large Seabass Filet
1 1/2 tbsp Turkish red pepper paste
1 tbsp Caper
2 tbsp chopped olives
Pickled Zaater
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Turkish Salad:
Fresh parsley
1/2 small red onion finely sliced
Lemon of lime
Sumac
Dressing:
1/4 cup Oliver oil
1 Lemon
2 tbsp of pomegranate molasses
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp SUMAC
Salt to taste
