Hey I want to use frozen spinnach instead of fresh in kenjis lasagna. How do I go about it? Do i thaw it and then boil it in heavy cream same as with fresh? Can I thaw it on a Pan to make it quicker?

Thaw the spinach however you want and then squeeze out as much water as you can. I make creamed spinach this way, it works great.
