This is the best Bánh Mì in Austin (IMO.) Mr. B is so friendly and the food is fantastic. I don’t know where his bread comes from but it’s perfect.

Hell yes.
I used to eat at his food truck all the time back when it was on Cesar Chavez. Mr. B is a great chef with an immaculate vibe. Anytime I’m near Cedar Park, his food calls to me

Looks legit, how much is their banh mi?
NG cafe raised their prices, I think they’re around $8 a pop

Really terrible pho but really great bahn mi. I’ve only had their pho once though and it was bad enough to convince me to never try it again.

I love Mr. B! His pork belly banh mi was delicious and he always had an interesting special when he was out in Burnet. I need to make a stop at his new location

Didn’t B’s used to be at Mesa and Spicewood Springs Rd, the NE corner near the Valero station?

Moving from Dallas and having lived in Houston, I was on the lookout for good Viet food last year when I tried this place. Unfortunately it put me down for a day and a half with pretty bad food poisoning so I have yet to return. I’ve settled on V Cafe, NG Cafe, Bep Saigon, and Sunflower as my core Viet food with Pho Phong Luu as my pho go to when they’re open and Banh Mi Galang for my Banh mi fix.

I had the same experience and enjoyed. The Eggrolls are good too. However my favorite Banh mi is down the street a bit at boba bites and tea. When places use both Vietnamese butter and pate it’s game over.
