First time pellet grill owner (Recteq Flagship) and I cooked my first meal (a spatchcocked chicken) tonight. Chicken was brined in Meat Church brine and then rubbed with Meat Church Honey Hog and a dash of Holy Gospel. Cooked steady at 275 and let rest for 30 minutes before carving.
All this to say, I can’t believe I waited so long to get a pellet grill.

Looks good! Am I seeing things or is the bottom grill rack curved in the front? I have a Recteq RT-1250 and I love it, I think they’re very well made grills.
RT for the Win. Congratulations.. the new lineup looks badass
Looks excellent. Pellet grill roasted/smoked chicken is so delicious and easy. I do a lot of leg, thigh, or wing packs. Wings i do 350 for an hour and flip halfway. I like buffalo type sauces applied after but a bbq type sauce glaze for the last 15 mins or so wouldn’t hurt. Legs and thighs I push it to about 90 mins but a temp check is needed. One of my fav things. Enjoy the grill baby.
