Chef Greg Baxtrom is moving to Chicago?

Anyone have the details on Olmsted remaining open?

“We’ve been honored to be part of the Prospect Heights community for years, and we are thrilled to continue to do so with our sister restaurants, Olmsted and Patti Ann’s”.

There will be continued brain drain in the city because of the overhead NYC is no longer a place to open fun unique restaurants Philly, Baltimore and the Midwest are where innovation and creativity can exist from a strictly financial standpoint

Not surprised. As someone who lived in France for over 4 years and married to a French person, I’d like to think I know good French food. This place was really meh also not authentic, overpriced, and had mediocre wine.
