  1. Fell in love with Cyprus and it's people in 1995. Had our holidays there for the next 15 years until my wife's ill health sadly stopped us having holidays abroad. Miss it so much!

  2. We Persian have a kotlet similar like this ! We add ground meat to that potatoes and onion , turmeric and salt pepper ! No greens or bread crumbs 🤷🏼‍♀️but I would like to try yours just the greens because potatoes are carb enough and we didn’t need adding egg either ! If we do this with cooked potatoes for sure we would need eggs 🤷🏼‍♀️watching you from Minneapolis USA

  3. I love my mums Cypriot meatballs. I could never get them tasty like hers

  4. I'm from Singapore. It's similar to what we have in the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei). We call it Bergedil. It doesn't have parsley, mint, paprika, cumin. It's made up of potato, onions, spring onions, meat and salt. But I'll also try this and see how it comes out.

  5. My mum would use whatever minced meat was available – pork, lamb, beef, chicken and sometimes a mixture of 2 or more. She never used cumin but did use cinnamon with the mint. Vary the herbs and spices to suit your taste.

  6. Almanyada benim komşum vardı kıbrıslı patates köftesi olduğu için içine eksta ekmek dilimi koymayız derdi.

  7. Very nice but we don't put mint or cumin especially cumin just salt black pepper if you want abit of cinnamon. But your great lo ve watching you

  10. I made mine with venison, potatoes, onions, curcumin, oregano, mint, cinnamon and cloves, salt and pepper, garlic, one egg and then baked them. So moist as I don’t use bread or any binder. PS. I add 2 tsp apple cider vinegar to get rid of the egg smell.
