INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup (45 grams) flour
2 tablespoons cornmeal
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon paprika powder
10 ounces (300 grams) pangasius fillet, cut into stripes
Vegetable oil for frying
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Sesame seeds (for garnish)

PREPARATION

1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add water in it and bring it to a boil.
2. Add a pinch of salt, the spaghetti, and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, butter, and wait for it to melt.
4. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes per side. Add the garlic and white wine. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
5. Take out the shrimp and serve them with the spaghetti.
6. Top with parmesan and parsley.

  1. If you want to elevate this dish, toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and prawns so that takes some of the flavour too. Good thing about this recipe is you can add loads to it to change it up
