  3. Authentic teriyaki does not contain ginger and the sauce typically is not sticky or thick, just reduced.

  6. Just a heads up to anyone who is coeliac. Sake is not always gluten free, the koji mold – that ferments the fermented rice and water, can be a source of gluten. Use cherry if you are unsure. ❀
