Budget Food Costs about $8 for 4 servings. it’s a pound of ground beef (usually use 1/2 pound and 1/2 cup of beans but i was out of beans), 1 cup rice, 1 cup cheese, and two 8 oz cans of tomato sauce. eat it as is or put it in some bell peppers for amazing stuffed bell peppers March 4, 2024
