Canning One of my pickle jars is cloudier than the other, cause for concern? I threw the cloudy one in the fridge. Canned last Thursday. Pickle, jalapeño, onion, and garlic. Brine was about 1/4 vinegar and sufficient salt according to a recipe from the ball preserving book. August 29, 2023
