Cheese Comté is a well-known cheese from eastern France. The one in the photo is partly made with milk from my parents’ cows in Mouthe. If you’re ever in the area, don’t hesitate to try it! The taste can vary from village to village, depending on the “fruitière”. July 15, 2025
