Mexican Food I thought I was buying sweetbreads. Language barrier got in the way. Now I’ve got a whole pack of tripas de res. I’ve made menudo with honeycomb tripe, but never this variety. Can’t seem to find a recipe that doesn’t use honeycomb, and I’m not entirely familiar with this ingredient. February 18, 2025
