Drunken Cookery Calling this Udon Slop. It’s a packet of fried udon noodles from Publix, fried cha lua, bok choy, bean sprouts, cucumbers, cilantro, and Thai basil. The sauce is a mix I eyeballed: soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and sesame oil. August 6, 2025
