Egg An egg on red cabbage, pork shoulder, peppers, tomatoes, tomatillos, onion and a few more eggs. It never fails to amaze me that red cabbage turns blue when in contact with egg white. The cabbage is a pH indicator, and apparently the egg is rather basic. March 14, 2025
