Hot Peppers Hello fellow nerds! Ive been drying some Hungarian hots in paper bags. I check them weekly, but our humidity has jumped hard the last few days. I assume the black is no good, but the yellow seems okay? Or should I toss it too? Pic 2 of some nice looking ones. So excited to make my first batch of rub November 26, 2025
