Japanese Food Just finished a 21 day trip to Japan. By far, my favorite food item I got was akashiyaki. Eaten in Kobe. Related to takoyaki, it’s an eggy batter (vs floury) and soaked in dashi broth before eating. One of the most satisfying dishes I’ve ever put in my mouth. April 23, 2025
