Kitchen Confidential Pic doesn’t do it much justice, but when I was prepping these spuds the circled one was noticeably yellow. Is that normal or a bad potato? My KM just said let them worry about that one in the morning cause we were trying to get out ASAP for NYE. January 1, 2025
