Macarons Well, I baked macarons in a gas stove- it wasn’t bad at all! I’ve seen the question asked here. My biggest issue was the temperature randomly dropping about 5°, so I combated it with increasing my oven temp by 5. Slightly hollow unfortunately but still pleased overall. September 16, 2024
Macarons Funfetti and Lemon Raspberry macarons – Dairy free lemon curd and SMBC filling. Also tried to make pumpkin spice. Couldn’t tell you why the last batch turned out awful. No feet and exploding. Maybe the spices in the batter? 🥲 2/3 is about the best I could have hoped for ig lol September 16, 2024
Macarons I have mostly successfully made macarons. The feet are a lil cracked, and unsure if they’re hollow but they aren’t a disaster! Swiss method, 100g of everything :) took a risk and did the beginning macaronage in the mixer too! (I swear the prayer is the most important step you cannot forget lmao) September 15, 2024
