Spicy Homemade Thai pepper infused Honey and gochujang gouda, freshly opened. The bean past in the gochujang is a new texture for me in a cheese. Not bad! Overall it’s hot and tasty. Honey flavor is subtle, but there. Heat is certainly there. April 11, 2025
