Spicy Mexican pizza omelette eaten fat man style. Tortilla with mozzarella cheese and then four egg omelette made with fly by jing chili oil. Eaten like one giant slice of pizza AKA fat man style. Tortilla was crisped up on the bottom. March 31, 2025
