Spicy Pepper vinegar is the way to go. This is 100% vinegar with a few habs, choc habs, ghost, clove of garlic and a big pinch of kosher salt. Two weeks in the fridge and it brightens up and accentuates almost anything you can eat. Simple and easy to control the heat. November 15, 2023
