Cabbage Stir Fry with Canned Tuna Fish. A cheap and very versatile 1-pot-meal that cooks in just a couple of minutes. I’m not a fan of canned tuna fish but I’ll be making this again. 508cals and 45g of protein for the entire dish that can be separated into 2 to 3 prepped meals (169-254cal each).
