Making Fettuccine Alfredo at home (or even while camping!) is easier than you’d think—and you might never want to pay restaurant prices again! I finally gave this creamy classic a try on our favorite Blackstone griddle while camping, and the results were incredible. Instead of pre-making the Alfredo sauce, I tried the method where you pour the heavy cream directly onto the pasta, and I was blown away by how good it turned out. I’ll definitely be experimenting with some extra ingredients next time—stay tuned for more delicious griddle recipes!

1 box of Fettuccine Pasta
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 stick of butter
fresh garlic
heavy cream
shredded Parmesan & Romano cheese blend
parsley

  1. I'm taking this griddle and the air fryer to Martinsville this weekend. We have Cheesesteaks, burgers, pancakes, and quesadillas lined up for the flat top. Shrimp, fries, and pretzel bites lined up for the fryer.
