1200 kcals per day I’m hooked on greek yogurt dip. This 100g bowl is around 70 calories with 11g of protein. I used to use light ranch for my dip, the equivalent volume of that would have been 250 calories and 1g protein. Plus yogurt has probiotics! March 27, 2024
