There’s a seaweed in Hawaii called “ogo” that’s often used to make poke. It’s only 10 calories per 100 grams. Reviews of frozen or dried ogo are mixed, but I’m able to buy it fresh, so I tried making fried rice with it. This is 300 grams of fried rice and was under 500 calories.
