Yesterday’s breakfast seemed controversial so I’ll say that I remove the yolk & give them to my wife since she works a manual labor job & needs more calories. This was light bread, 1 tsp of Biscoff, half banana, half apple, egg whites, vitamins, black coffee. 220 calories.

An odd breakfast to most, I think. Two hard boiled egg whites, light/ low cal bread with one tbsp garlic hummus (which I eat now instead of butter), half a peeled apple, and half of a large cucumber. Came in at just under 200 cals which was surprising to me.
