1500 kcals per day Monday Measurement .. Target reached, stretch goal coming. In Nov I got serious about losing weight & set the target at 77 kg (from a heaviest weight of 110ish.) Today I hit that target! Another 2kg to go for my ‘stretch goal’ of 75 – but I haven’t been this weight for 15 years! April 18, 2022
