For decades I fell prey to the ‘cereal for breakfast’ schtick. Cereals, Oats, Muesli – I rotated through them all – with the high GI and carb crash that followed. For the same cals (350) I can have a protein rich, satisfying bacon-and-eggs. Lose the corn tortilla to drop below 300. Yay 4 Bacon!
