I had a crème brulee flavored yogurt so i topped it with bananas that i air fried with brown sugar, raspberries, and some chocolate. It was pretty good! 225 cals in total:)

Monday Measurement – weight has stalled at 79.9kg, but I’m not gonna beat myself up. That’s still down 15kg (36lbs) since November.
