Budget Food Simple and nutritious – 5 min – done! Protein-rich, keeps me going till evening. Multigrain bread (sunflower and pumpkin seeds) or Tostitos Multigrain (they have buckwheat ! and are awesome). Another bonus: no dishes (except the pan, but one sheet of paper towel can do the trick) July 17, 2025
