Meal Prepping Grab and go breakfast muffins: Combine 3 cups sautéed broccoli, 3 strips precooked bacon finely chopped, grated cheese as desired. Separately whip 12 eggs with salt and pepper. Divide broccoli/bacon mixture evenly and pour eggs last. Cook at 350 F for ~25 min or until toothpick comes out clean November 14, 2021
