Serious Eats Stella’s snickerdoodle cookies. I tripled the recipe. It says to have the oven at 400° for the first 6 minutes and then turn it down to 350°. Since I was doing so much I didn’t want to do that so I just baked them at 375 and they came out great. June 28, 2023
