Slow Cooking 4lb pulled pork from butt. Butt patted dry and then rubbed thoroughly all over with a dry spice mixture and slow cooked in with 1 cup of apple juice (optional beer or water as substitute) and then cooked for low for 8 hours in a 4 qt slow cooker. Served on plain white rice and topped with greenzzzzz February 28, 2023
Slow Cooking Made a Honey Sesame Chicken in the Slow Cooker this week for my meal prep. 10-15min prep, then 3 hours on Low. Nearly went with thigh, but went the cheaper option and it came out awesome. I corn starched the chicken and it worked a treat. February 27, 2023
