Slow Cooking So I was making Italian Beef sandwiches dipped in au jus and kept putting another roast in the au jus and making different sandwiches. This one was amazing. A thick, whole slab of roast beef on top of some chopped onion and BBQ sauce on bottom and pickles and crock pot cooked veggies on top. February 18, 2023
