Slow Cooking Tonight was a 2.9lb bottom round roast. Fit perfect or just barely. Tender fall apart meat after 9hrs. I chopped up white mushrooms and used lower sodium gravy mix. Light n fluffy noodles filled the plate and soak up gravy. January 28, 2024
