Hot Peppers Tabasco flavor? I couldn’t wait for them to get red, so I picked one for lunch. Nice heat, and with a rather grassy flavor I would say, similar to some Thai peppers I grew some years ago. What are your flavor expectations/experiences of a green or a red tabasco pepper? Will it change as it ripens? June 16, 2024
