  8. Here is a tip for anyone who thinks they know better. When I saw you use the frother, I thought I will use my blender. I blended the eggs and juice, before adding it to the melted chocolate. Then I used a silicone pan thinking it does not need parchment paper. IT CERTAINLY DOES. I thought, what the heck, silicone does not allow things to stick. Well, I made this recipe yesterday and guess what? It looked like a quiche, it rose so high and then fell. I then had to un-glue it from the silicone pan. About 1/4 of it was stuck and had to be scraped out. What a mess. However, it is still delicious, though I am sad to have wasted some of those expensive chips in the learning curve.

  10. While these look delicious they are much too high in carbs for me. 13 total carbs per slice and I'm only eating 20 total carbs a day.

  11. Just a warning for anyone who doesn't have Choczero white chocolate…I used Bake Believe chips because that's what I had on hand, and I had a hard time getting the lemon flavor to come through. I ended up adding lemon essential oil and a True Lemon packet, and a packet of True Lemon lemonade because I ran out of the plain lemon packets. They are in the oven now. I hope they taste lemony when they are done. I won't know til tomorrow as I am having these as a dessert to Easter dinner. I used a mixer and mixed the eggs until they were fluffy and pale …probably at least 4 minutes. It will be interesting to see if that has any affect on the end result.

  12. so many of your recipes require a microwave – I don't even own one intentionally due to the knowledge it destroys food nutrients by 50% and cancer rates started to shoot up after they were introduced into our societies. Yes, am in Functional Medicine and wish you would provide other options as well. thank you.

  17. Apart from the look, do you think I could use dark chocolate chips instead of white in the recipe? Also if you dont have powedered sweetener, could you add some normal sweetener to the recipe or would that change the outcome?
