The Best, Habanero Chimichurri 🔥
I believe this is the perfect Spicy Chimichurri.
I find it fun to do by hand. The end result is a coarse chunky texture that is way better in my opinion than an emulsion chimichurri.
If you do decide to use a blender, add the liquids after you transfer mixture into a bowl. Trust me! 😁

  2. This was my first time making/trying chimichurri… can’t thank you enough. This is definitely staying in my rotation now holyyyyyyty

  3. Just a quick tip add the vinegar first then mix a bit and then add the oil , it mixes better!

  4. You weren't joking! This is the best chimichurri recipe I've followed! I had to add a little bit more olive oil but that was it. Thanks!

  5. I tried your recipe a few weeks ago. IT WAS FUCKING PHENOMENAL! So packed with flavor and was the perfect complement to my picanha. I'm making this again for the 4th of July.

  6. So use cilantro not parsley ?? They’re both very different on taste and other recipes show to use parsley im so confused , im just going to try both with this recipe the only way I’ll know the different taste between parsley and cilantro

  7. Sunflower oil instead of olive oil is the Argentinian way. Never use olive oil.
That way it can be kept in the drive and flavour amalgamate and mature. Also dried chilli flakes.

White pepper not black pepper. Don't pretend you're an expert if you're not.
