How to make Tahini Halva at home:

2 dl ( 120g) icing sugar
1dl (60g) milk powder
1dl (80g) tahini
½ dl (25g) pistachio
1 tsp rose water
1 tsp oil
½ dl (25g) chopped pistachio

  1. I do suggest you don't mix the pistachio with the liquid directly, but put it on the top of the shaped Tahini Halva, then it maybe a bit better. Thanks for sharing.

  3. la recette n'est pas du tout comme ca! on doit petrir la pate au moins 20 mn pour une texture du vrai halva! la rien n'est melangé! vous vous trompez de gateau me semble t-il

  4. What can I use instead of a powder milk ??it would be nice to have a halva with let say honey or maple sirup instead of icing sugar.

  6. I am so happy that I found this recipe – I really like halvardeh but I live far out in the country in Denmark and I'll have to drive for 40 minutes to get to at store that sells halva – but this looks so easy I think that I
