I’m in this place all the time and had a lovely conversation with the owner about it. Supposedly it allows for 100% modulation of every step of the process. And, to answer the most important question: yes. It makes a good cup of coffee!

I’ve never seen a Barista Attitude machine out in the wild. Shop owner either really really cares about his coffee or really really wants to attract top level baristas. Or both. Probs both haha
