For Herb Roasted Turkey:
14 lb turkey

2 cups brown rice
2 cups barley
1 cup wild rice
1 onion
1 lb mushrooms
1 pint heavy cream
2 cups vegetable broth
12 cups water
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tsp savory
1 tsp sage
1 tsp salt

For Kale:
2 bunches kale
1 ham hock
1 can pork meat
2 oranges
1 hot chili
4 cloves garlic
