  1. Howdy Ben, I've been following you for bout 4yrs now , I just received my food permits and license, I'm a go getter so we are starting out under a tent with grill and crockpot at the farmers market's in Colorado Springs. We are starting with the mini donuts (state fair) and hot dogs. GOFO Street Food & Catering. I have a youtube channel (GoodVibes Van ) so we will be shooting our journey and wouldn't mind possibly interviewing with you at some point. You get all the credit here Ben because you have given all the free advice and motivation to be where we are now. THANK YOU BROTHER!!

  2. Good morning Ben this is Lynn from Florida with appealing flavors Gourmet snacks. I have been following you for quite a while I have finally gotten everything in order for a grand opening I only have a tent however in the State of Florida it cost a bit more than what I expected I spent $192 on commissary to get started $110 a month to continue to commissary I haven't used it yet $300 for my licensing through the department of agriculture $90 for my food management certificate that doesn't include my tent and equipment to get started.

  3. I guess my question is I have everything and now I'm afraid to get started lol I don't know where to begin I even have a 3500 watt generator to run equipment for my walking tacos ice cream machine and cotton candy machine

  4. Hi Big Ben! If the hot dog is boiled and cooked-it's ok to turn off the propane? What if the dog cools off too much? My customer complained and said the dog was "a bit warm." Any thoughts?

  5. Hi Big Ben! This sat will be my 6th time vending! I'm doing the Strawberry Festival in Worcester, upstate, NY. I'm buying 32 ounce slotted plastic cups from Amazon for lemonade later this month. What type model # would give me the least trouble for the lemon smasher? Thank you!!!

  6. A lot my customer do not care if hot dogs split open .they just want a good hot dog which I have.

  7. Hi Big Ben! THIS fri & sat I'll be at Hall of Fame Cooperstown selling my weenies. If all my sabretts are fresh-not frozen, how many dogs can you cook through in those third size pans with the 6 inch wells? Can I line-up three third size pans back to back? Thanks!!!

  8. Hey Ben, I couldn’t figure out how to leave a comment on the other website regarding the $1500 to work at the Kentucky derby. Vending days (a bit much)
I honestly think that my wife would kick me out of the house if I did that so I’ll save the 1500 for a down payment on one of your hotdog carts… 🌝 🌭

  9. Hi from Portugal, I love your videos. I’m an old electrician, please put the plug face on the outlet behind you. Safely first, we need you alive! P.S. the dogs that split open I have heard called “Rippers”.
