Fresh, fragrant, tart, beautiful. Tabbouleh is the star of Arab salads! I love it so much.

For the tabbouleh in this video, you will need:
1/3 cup fine bulgur, washed
2 tomatoes
2 romaine hearts (lettuce)
3 bunches of parsley
2 bunches of mint
3 Persian cucumbers
Juice of 3 lemons
Olive oil
Salt
1 cup pomegranate seeds **

  3. Unlike the mint, parsley stems do still have lots of parsley-y flavour. I always keep them for stock in my freezer, along with carrot peel, outer layers of onion, dried out celery ends, etc.
