  4. Hi Suzy! I love that recipe…am going to give it a try! What are your thoughts about Sumac too? I discovered it recently and the sweet but acerbic citrus flavour is a find… 🙂

  5. Amazing recipe! Kids love it. No problem getting them to eat their veggies with this one. They keep asking for more… broccoli!

  6. Thank you for this video and showing me a new way to do it. Usually I roast broccoli at 425 degrees for about 35 minutes and they came out so crispy and tasty and I add some lime juice to them. but I'd love to try it your way as well so thanks again!

  7. Hi. I am very interested in this way of eating but I am wandering about all that oil that you use. Sounds good and delicious, but you hear so much and read so much about NOT eating so much fat! I realize olive oil is a good oil but still a lot of fat and calories. How do you stay so small and eat all that oil?! I want to be healthy and want to learn more of how to eat right. Thanks so much.

  8. I make this and also pre heat my pan ! Peeling the stems is new to me . I also throw in garlic cloves ….you have a nice stage presence and you are cute !

  9. Been eating Mediterranean way for a little over a week now. Made this tonight and absolutely LOVED it. My husband turned his nose to it… at first. Then he tried it and loved it. We both agree we will be adding this as a side dish on a weekly bases. I can’t wait to try more recipes. Loving this new way of eating.
