In this video I will show you a quick easy way to make pickled vegetables mediterranean style.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Carrots
Celery
Cabbage
Hot pepper
2 cups vinegar
Mustard
1 Tbs Turmeric
Water
Put everything into a bowl and mix
Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours. For best results leave in refrigerator overnight.
