  7. This was so easy to make and the results are great! Next time, I will marinate the chicken while I prepare the other ingredients, and use stock instead of water. But that's just my personal taste, it's also delicious as-is!

  11. We made it yesterday, and it was so great, simple and tasty, thank you! It took maybe twice as advised for my oven to deal with the chicken, I might need to add more water for the rice to come out not so dry next time or just switch to smaller chicken pieces. The taste is magnificent to say the least though. And yeah, my pan lid is permanently yellow from now one 😀

  15. I tried making this, based on how yummy it looked and the great comments. However when I made it, the chicken was very slimy and the rice was uncooked. I followed the directions exactly, it was also lacking a lot of flavor. I wish I knew what everybody was talking about with how great it was, I was really looking forward to it. I had to throw the whole thing away.

  16. This has become part of our regular dinner rotation, we have this at least twice a month. Absolutely delicious!!! I chop the chicken up into cubes and cook everything on the stovetop in a covered pot and it’s ready in around 20 minutes!
