  4. They call it poor man's lobster because it has the same texture as lobster , I would have used a little old bay on the seafood.
    Red pepper flakes in the sauce.

  6. Used to cook monkfish alllll the time. Then, it got expensive, then it disappeared. Think I’ll try this with lobster tails.

  7. The recipe looks good. But that must be worst peice of monkfish I have ever seen. And you calling it a fillet aswell lol

  8. Quick question: if someone doent want to ise wine, could they use 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice instead? Or what would you recommend?
