  2. Slow cooking sin made- you didn’t put the potatoes in first! 😮 they not only keep the roast from overcooking but they soak in so much more flavor!!! Lol

  3. Fantastic recipe! We use cauliflower instead of potatoes for a lower carb version. Best pot roast recipe ever. 😊

  4. I've said it before, but you guys totally ignore me. But this is how you should cook a pot roast. You don't add ingredients after an hour or 2. You put it all in at once.
