Slow cooking sin made- you didn’t put the potatoes in first! 😮 they not only keep the roast from overcooking but they soak in so much more flavor!!! Lol

Can you cut the carrots slower next time? I couldn't keep up. I had to watch it at .25x
Aside from water or beef stock will other things serve to ingancectge flavor? Im thinking a lager beer eould binden it.

I've said it before, but you guys totally ignore me. But this is how you should cook a pot roast. You don't add ingredients after an hour or 2. You put it all in at once.
