INGREDIENTS :
Brussel Sprouts
Hot honey
Balsamic Vibegar
Olive Oil
Salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean your brussel sprouts in a mixture of vinegar and water to remove dirt. Rinse this under running water and boil it until it’s fully cooked with a lot of salt.
2. Make sure it is well drained and most of the moisture is removed from the brussel sprouts.
3. Lay them down individually on a baking sheet and smash it using a mason jar or any hard utensil of your choice.
4. Mix your desired amount of balsamic vinegar and hot honey and give it a good mix.
5. Cook it in the oven at 350F for about 40 minutes and you’re ready to eat!
